By using the Platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please refrain from using the Platform.
“User”: Any individual or entity using the Platform, including homeowners and interior designers.
“Interior Designer”: Registered professionals offering design services and showcasing their portfolios on the Platform.
“Homeowner”: Individuals seeking design services and browsing the portfolios of Interior Designers.
You must be at least 18 years old to use our Platform. By using our services, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement.
To access certain features, you must register for an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to update this information as necessary.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
Provide accurate information about your project and requirements.
Communicate respectfully with Interior Designers.
Adhere to any agreements made regarding services.
Maintain an accurate and up-to-date portfolio on the Platform.
Ensure all information provided about services is truthful and not misleading.
Comply with applicable laws and regulations when providing services.
Any fees for services rendered by Interior Designers will be agreed upon separately between the Homeowner and the Interior Designer. Intorspace may charge a commission or service fee, which will be disclosed at the time of payment.
All content on the Platform, including text, graphics, logos, and images, is the property of Intorspace or its licensors. Users may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any content without explicit permission.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Intorspace shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your use of the Platform, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Intorspace, its affiliates, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, losses, liabilities, damages, costs, or expenses arising out of your use of the Platform or your violation of these Terms.
Intorspace reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account and access to the Platform at its discretion, without prior notice, for any violation of these Terms or for any conduct that Intorspace believes is harmful to other users or the Platform.
Intorspace reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on the Platform. Your continued use of the Platform after any changes signifies your acceptance of the new Terms.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Mumbai Maharashtra
